Once again, we are in May and here in the USA, on the second Sunday, we celebrate Mother’s Day.

But we’re not alone. Actually, the list of countries celebrating Mother’s Day in May, is a lot longer than the one where is celebrated on another date.

Still, whether it’s in the next few days in May, or some other time in the year, always remember you do not need a lot of money to make your mom happy. I’m sure she would just love to spend time with you and feel she’s important for you.

Now, I know some of us, do not have Mother with us anymore, but it’s still a good opportunity to remember the good times and lessons she, intentionally or not, left for you.

If you have children, tell them about your mom and regardless of your experience with her. Keep in mind that before being your mom, she was a human being. And all human beings make mistakes. So, teach your children well by your example. Remember, you are teaching them how to treat you in the future.

“Honor your father and mother”

  Ephesians 6:2

But if you have your mom with you, or your children’s mom, or any mom around you that you care for, getting her a pretty gift will be great and it’s always a way, as simple as the gift could be, to show her your appreciation.

In that note, let me suggest a few gifts from my store designed exclusively for Mother’s day. Just click on any of the pictures below to check out the complete gift list.

In addition, spending some quality time with her, will create memories she will treasure dearly. And what better way to spend time sharing a great motherly movie!

I have chosen these 10 movies for you taking in consideration different scenarios a mother can go through. Some of them are kind of oldies, but classics. Others are foreign, but still great to watch. Nowadays we don’t even have to worry about the language ’cause most of them are dubbled into English.

Comedies or dramas, just grab some popcorn or whatever your mom enjoys nibbling while watching – Chocolates and pizza is ok, too! – and pick the one movie – or two – she likes best.

Here’s the list of 10 Best Movies to Watch with your Mom on Mother’s Day.
